I’m so pleased to meet you.

I’m often asked about just who and what is HisChristmasWish.com?

Well, quite simply, it’s a site that just couldn’t be stopped from happening.

In the course of all the research, all the reviews, all the tinkering and playing that brought about my original site HerChristmaswish.com, all the wonderful goodies for men kept coming up and having to be put to one side.

In the end, there was more than enough “on the shelf” for a whole new site. A site all about gifts for men.

It made perfect sense to make the site HisChristmasWish.com.

Who Is Miss Trixie?

Well, she's the online Gift Pixie, of course!

You could think she's a workaholic, chain smoking, whisky soaked, failed journalist from the west coast who just wants to please her Daddy.

You could think she's a stay-at-home mom with a secret obsession for online infoprenurial world domination.

You could think she's a retired school teacher using the dark arts of Laser weapons, isotropic radiators, infrasound, non-nuclear electromagnetic pulse generators, and high-power microwave emitters to divine the desires of men.

You could think that...but, you'd be wrong (and seriously, with thoughts like that you probably should consider some kind of medical intervention).

No, Miss Trixie is a genuine pixie.

She's mischievous, she's flighty.

She’s cheeky, and she’s clever.

She's impossible to pin down.

All I know is that each night I leave my work laid out on my bench ready to do my reviews in the morning. I come in at first light and would you believe? It's all done.

Yep, all the booze is sampled, the golf balls whacked and the T Shirts rumpled. Everywhere there are little yellow Post-It notes with comments on what's good and what's not.

I tried leaving out miniature sets of clothes in case she may put them on and depart, but she just slapped a review on them, with comments like "Looks like Barbie meets Godzilla" or "Sergeant Major gets trippy".

So, I guess I'll just keep making the most of it and noting down the fruits of her hard work here in our review pages.

No reason why we shouldn't all benefit from her commitment to hard work is there?
